The graphic shows the development of rent in comparison to energy prices for consumers. Energy here includes all energy used at home. Heating normally makes up most of it. Rents and energy prices are compared to the general national inflation. The countries are grouped by similar trends.
The data originates from the harmonised index of consumer prices compared against the index year 2015.
